Here is my BROWNIES recipe.

INGREDIENTS
• 112g unsweetened chocolate
• 170g butter
• 300g white/brown sugar
• 3 eggs
• 2teaspoons vanilla extract
• 125g all-purpose flour
• 120g chopped walnuts
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
2. Melt chocolate and butter
3. Stir in sugar
4. Mix in eggs and vanilla
5. Stir in flour and nuts
6. Spread in greased 8 x 8 inch pan
7. Bake for 35 minutes
(remember : do not overbake)

- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add salt into batter.
- Stir in flour, chocolate chips & nuts.
- Drop by large ice-creamfuls onto ungreased pans. (or put it on baking paper)
3. Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.
Suggestion: Great with ice-cream

& 3 teaspoons hot water
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 330g semisweet chocolate chips
• 120g chopped walnuts
INGREDIENTS
• 225g butter, softened
• 180g white sugar
• 200g brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 380g all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
& 3 teaspoons hot water
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 330g semisweet chocolate chips
• 120g chopped walnuts

FreZZZeee Cheese cake
INGREDIENTS
• 270g (8oz) cream cheese
• 65g (1/3 cup) white sugar
• 270g (8 oz) frozen whipped topping
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2-3 teaspoon lemon juice (opt, add abit of lemon zest)
• 1-1/2 (9inch) lowfat graham cracker pie crust (or ready-made chocolate crust)
DIRECTIONS
1. Beat together the cream cheese & sugar until smooth
2. Gently fold in the whipped topping
3. Spoon into the prepared crust
4. Refrigerate 3 hours, or until set
Garnished the top with strawberries
