Bots only respond when you speak to them with 'say' if you use 'shout' then they will ask you to repeat what you are saying.
Yes some of the bots serve food and drink, but remember they will only respond to 'say' if you 'shout' your order at them they won't understand.
You can go swimming in the Lido or Rooftop Rumble, but don't forget to change into your swimming costume or you won't be able to get into the pool!
If you want to dive, pelt SnowStorm, play Battle Ball or Wobble Squabble, then you will have to buy tickets.
You can buy tickets by clicking on the ticket machines by the pool or the game navigator in the respective game hall. Tickets cost 1 Credit for 2 tickets or 6 Credits for 20 tickets.
Public Rooms are rooms that anyone can use, they belong to the Hotel, not individual Habbos.
Each one of the Public Rooms has a theme, for example: restaurant, swimming pool, disco, theatre etc...
You can find the Public Rooms by opening the Navigator and and clicking 'Public Rooms'
The Staff in the Public Rooms are all bots, they are not real people.

Sorry, but all of the Hotel's Public Spaces are fully staffed right now. Eric, Sadie, Piers and all the other Hotel Staff are bots, not real people and work for free, without lunch breaks or pay!
Bots are computer generated Habbos that work in the Public Rooms, they serve drinks, food and offer advice.
