Scenario 1:Error message received:
Could not load DLL library C:\xxxxx\system32\kernel32.dll (GetSystemWow64DirectoryA)
Shockwave (v11) is not supported by
Windows 2000, ME, 98 operating systems. This is to say that you cannot use the latest version of Shockwave but you have to install the older version of Shockwave.
After installing the older Shockwave version, unselect the Auto update service, so that system will not reinstall the latest Shockwave version.
Unselect Auto update by clicking right mouse button on the Habbo Window (Hotel view) -> Properties -> "Auto update" unselectScenario 2:Error message received:
Director player error
This application requires an Xtra (text)than either does not exist or failed to initialize properly. Please make sure the appropriate Xtras are in the Xrtas folder(s).
The
problem is related to Shockwave installation as you have installed the 'SLIM' version which is not a full featured version. SLIM does not install important Xtra files but they have to be preinstalled on your computer. However the problem should be
resolved by installing the FULL version of Shockwave. You will find the FULL version from Adobe site by clicking this
link.
Problems have also occurred when one has tried to install the latest Shockwave on a newer operating system. It is advisable to try to install the latest Shockwave as a FULL version, instead of SLIM version which is often suggested by auto install services.
Get the full fat version! :)
Scenario 3:There are many reasons as to why some people have trouble connecting to Habbo Hotel but the common reason is a Shockwave error, which can easily be rectified by reinstalling Shockwave on your machine. We ask that you try this solution first.

Scenario 4:Sometimes, it could be because you are blocked by your firewall. Check on your firewall settings as new updates may block access to certain websites.
Scenario 5:You can also try to log into Habbo by using different browsers. For example, if you are able to log into Mozilla Firefox and not Internet Explorer, then you should check your web browser's setting.

Firefox1) Log out of Habbo Hotel Singapore (close the window). Close all Firefox windows/tab except for one.
2) Click the 'Tools' menu; select Options'.
3) A dialog box will appear. Select 'Privacy'.
4) Select 'Cache'; then click 'Clear'.

Scenario 7:If you have Asian language support (Chinese, Japanese, etc.) enabled on your Windows computer, it may cause problems loading Habbo. Even if you can load the Hotel, you may see strange fonts and have display issues. To fix this:
1. Go to Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options.
2. Click the 'Advanced' tab.
3. Under 'Select a language to match the language version of the non-Unicode programs you want to use', choose 'US English', 'UK English' or another English language option.
Scenario 8:Alternatively, your computer may be out of memory. Try restarting it. Do make sure you don't have too many other browser windows/programs or applications open when you try to use Habbo Hotel.
Scenario 9:By clicking the Enter button you receive the message:
'Update your Habbo'. This is apparently related to
Adblock Plus plug in installed in Firefox browser. Removing this plug- in will solve the problem.
