What if my mobile prepaid card is low and I cannot SMS?

Your mobile prepaid card needs to be reloaded in order to complete the transaction.

I can't redeem my Scratch Card codes! Help!

The codes are all in lowercase letters and numbers. Each code consists of 8 characters.

So if you have a code such as 001123, the first character is zero, not a capital O.

Sometimes the letters 'g' and 'q' look awefully like the number '9'. The letter 'b' and number '6' could also easily be confused.

So if when you first try a code, it doesn't work, do try various combinations of these alternative characters instead. Pulling out the trusty ol' magnifying glass wouldn't hurt either. ;)

But if all else fails, do write in to us using the Habbo Help Tool, under Habbo Credits. Do include your Scratch Card serial number (located at the bottom right corner of the card) together with the voucher code or furni code you could not redeem.

What are Habbo Credits?

Habbo Credits are the hotel's currency - they are what you use to pay for extras in the hotel, like diving, playing games, buying furniture for your room or enhancing your Habbo Home page.

How much do Habbo Credits cost?

Habbo Credits are approximately S$0.30 (in Singapore) or RM0.60 (in Malaysia) each, depending on the method of payment.

They are sold in batches of 10 credits.

For credit card purchases, you will need to buy a minimum of 15 credits. For SMS and other form of payments, you can buy a minimum of 10 credits.

Please always remember to tell us your Habbo name when you are buying your Credits.

Do I need Habbo Credits to Play in Habbo Hotel?

No! You only need Habbo Credits if you want to use extra features such as tickets for diving, furniture for your room, etc.

What is my Habbo Purse?

Your Habbo Purse is where all your Habbo Credits are stored. You can access your Purse by clicking on the Catalogue Icon in the bottom of your screen once you have checked in. (That's the one with the chair on it.)

Which telcos/mobile service providers accept SMS purchase for Habbo Credits?

In Singapore, the mobile service providers supported are:
- SingTel, M1, and Starhub postpaid accounts
- SingTel prepaid mobile accounts

In Malaysia, Celcom, Digi, and Maxis prepaid and postpaid accounts are supported.

Can I buy Habbo Credits with a credit card?

You can buy Habbo credits with a credit card in the following currencies: Singapore Dollars, British Pounds, and US Dollars.

Habbo Credits can only be bought with Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Master Card and Diners Card.

Credits are expensive. Can you reduce the price?

Visiting the hotel is free - unlike other services that provide the kind of experience we do, you don't have to buy a CD-ROM or pay a monthly subscription fee. We also don't charge for the time you spend at the Hotel.

We only charge for 'extras', such as furniture and games, and we have priced these at an affordable level for everyone. 10 Credits cost less than a movie ticket and are cheaper than a Happy Meal or ice mocha at a cafe! To save your Credits, you can space out your purchase and buy furni deals.

Why can't Habbo Credits be free?

Habbo Hotel is available to anyone over the Internet. Visiting the hotel is free - unlike other services that provide the kind of experience we do, you don't have to buy a CD-ROM or pay a monthly subscription fee. We only charge for 'extras', such as furniture and games, and we have priced these at an affordable level for everyone. You are welcome in the hotel, whether you buy Credits or not.

How do I buy Habbo Credits if I am not from Singapore?

You can send in an international postal/money order/international bank draft in Singapore Dollars. We do not accept any other currencies for international postal/money/international bank draft order.

You can also use Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Master Card and Diners Card Credit card in Singapore Dollars, British Pounds, and US Dollars.

Please do not send cash under any circumstances.

Help! I didn't receive my SMS Voucher Code

You are only charged by your telco if you receive the SMS Voucher code.

If you type in your Voucher code and see an invalid key message, please write to us at the Habbo Help Tool (select Habbo Credits from the drop-down menu) with:

- Your Habbo name
- Your voucher code
- Your mobile service provider (Starhub, SingTel, or M1)
- Your mobile phone number

We'll investigate it and get back to you as soon as possible!

How long does it take to get Credits?

This varies depending on the payment method used. Online purchases are usually processed in the same day. Money orders may take from 2-3 weeks. SMS purchases are processed in under 5 minutes.

I want to trade for Credits. Can I?

Do not trade for Credit codes or furni codes. The other person might well run away with your furni, and we can't trace them again. It has happened many times.

Beware also of trading furni in other hotels for Credits in Habbo Singapore or Habbo Malaysia.

If you wish to trade Credits, please only trade furni from the Habbo Exchange, and trade in a Trading Room using the Trading Box. Don't click "I agree" till there are items in both sides of the Box, and you agree to the transaction.

How much are Scratch Cards?

In Singapore, it's S$6.00 for 20 Credits and S$18.00 for 60 Credits.

In Malaysia, it's RM6.00 for 10 Credits and RM12.00 for 20 Credits.
