Moderators are carefully selected and fully trained members of Habbo Hotel staff. Moderators ("Mods") make sure that everyone has an enjoyable and safe experience in the hotel.

They can send warnings to misbehaving Habbos, kick them out of rooms or even ban them from the hotel. Our Moderators will not hesitate to contact the police if they feel it is necessary.

Moderators have the prefix MOD- (that's an uppercase "o", not a ZERO), with the hyphen, in their names. Such as MOD-DoeLee.

Any other name is a scam name and not a MOD. You can always tell staff by clicking on them and checking their badges. All staff must ALWAYS wear their badges.

Easy! To report someone behaving in an unacceptable way in Habbo, use the Call For Help by clicking the yellow ? in the top-left of your screen, then click the 'Help' button.

The 'Call for help' is Habbo Hotel's emergency service - please only use it in emergencies. Explain clearly what the problem is when you call for help, and include the Habbo's name that you're calling about if possible.

Make sure you select the correct option when calling for help. Depending on which option you select, you'll be either be directed to a Habbo page that can help you, or your call for help will be sent to the Moderators on duty.
