What is a bot?

Bots are automated, programmed avatars that perform different tasks around Habbo Hotel. You can find them at the bars, restaurants, and other public rooms.

What is a Guide bot?

Guide bots are bots that are programmed to help you out if you're a new Habbo user. They can show you the ropes in Habbo Hotel.

What is a new user bot?

The new user bot is a Guide bot that automatically appears in your room if you're a new user. Unlike the Guide bot, you don't need to call on them to appear - they'll just pop into your room and say 'Hi!'

How can I get a Guide bot?

Click on the question mark on the left-hand side of the client and a help window will pop up. Choose the 'Call Guide bot' option on the window. It doesn't matter whether you've had a guide in the past or not; a Guide bot will still appear in your room.

How do I use the Guide bot?

Simply type out a question, a keyword, or a sentence containing a keyword in your Habbo speech bubble and the bot will answer you.

What keywords should I use?

There's a wide array of keywords that you can use to learn more about Habbo. Why not try words like 'friends', 'furni', 'Credits', or 'pets'?

What happens to my Guide bot if I go to another room?

The Guide bot will follow you as long as you stay in your own rooms. Once you move to a friend's room, or you go to a public room (e.g. the Lido), the Guide bot will disappear.

How can I get rid of a new user bot?

It'll leave on its own after 24 hours after you registered your Habbo. You can also kick it out of the room or ignore it.

Have the Guide Bots replaced the Habbo Guide program?

No, the idea is that Guide Bots can give new Habbos some basic help at any time of day or night but we're also currently working on improvements to the original Habbo Guide system.
