Well, you can try installing it from the adobe site itself (: Type download into a search engine adobe shockwave and it should provide the links. Though I've ehard there are problems installing shockwave if you have installed XP service pack 2

Hello there, assuming you cannot access Habbo, try installing an older version of Shockwave, if that doesn't work, try clearing your cache, cookies and all necessary things.

If none of the above work, try creating a new user account, should do the trick! :)

uninstall any earlier version of shockwave first. Then install it again. Then restart your computer.

What Himura said, and sometimes it could also be because you're blocked from your firewall.

You also might want to try logging into Habbo using different browsers.

Try clearing your cache. Tools>internet options>delete cookies.
